First of all, big fan of the earlier hot chocolate. I finished that pack in record time. Felt the taste was absolutely amazing and I had high hopes from this as well.
Coming to the jaggery hot chocolate mix, I completely understood the concept behind using jaggery as a substitute for sugar and also felt the creaminess of the hot chocolate was not compromised. One feedback I had was that I expected it to be sweet, considering it’s hot chocolate. I had to add a bit of sweetner to this so that it tastes like the hot chocolate that I wanted. Maybe you could mention this on your pack that additional sweeteners can be added if needed, as I followed your instructions to the T.
Anyway, I feel this pack will also be finished soon since the quality was amazing 🙂
