okkk I AM GOING TO START WITH – “this is THE best hot chocolate, not one of the best BUT the best I’ve ever had from a brand”. Like I have been left heartbroken soo many times when I’ve ordered pre-made hot chocolate mixes coz they just don’t hit the spot and so I went in with zero expectations. But, OH LORD – I legit experienced a foodgasm ig when I took the first sip, transported me to a whole new dimension. I realled loved the marshmallows and the cookie as well – like am not the biggest fan of marshmallows tbh but this one was just sooo sooo good that I finished the whole jar within a day I believe. I just didn’t receive the postcards which were mentioned but the rest of it was 10/10 – from the packaging to that cutu letter to the taste and everything. Will definitely reorder !!!! (one suggestion i’d like to give is do mention on the packaging that we have to use ‘full cream milk’ to get the best outcome coz the first one I prepared, I did that with double toned milk and tbh that didn’t turn out well so I tried changing the milk to full cream the second time and there it was – exactly what you guys promised and how it actually should be !) and yeaaa I don’t write such big reviews until and unless I am REALLLLYY impressed with the product, soooo good work done TIGGLE <3
