I’m a cocoa addict. Ever since I came across the launch of Tiggle last year, I knew I had to stock up on it. So purchased two at once even before tasting. It is rare that you get to taste an authentic hot chocolate here. Tiggle is just that. I couldn’t touch any other hot chocolate mix after. Being health conscious, I would keep a tab on my sugar intake. However, I began turning lactose intolerant. A couple of experiments with vegan milk, I noticed the difference in the taste as compared to the dairy hot chocolate. So I would drink the hot chocolate with dairy in moderation. Until, Tiggle launched its Jaggery variant, and my joy knew no bounds!! Cos now I didn’t have think twice about my sugar intake for hot chocolate anymore. The best is, when I can’t find time to make a cup of the best jaggery hot chocolate, I sprinkle a teaspoonful of the same mix in my oats smoothie bowl most of the mornings.
