For which age group is Tiggle Junior suitable?

Tiggle Junior is designed for kids aged 5 to 12 years. It can be consumed beyond this age too, but the nutrition levels are specially formulated keeping growing children in mind.

Is Tiggle Junior suitable for both boys and girls?

Yes! Tiggle Junior is a gender-neutral nutrition blend, it is made for all kids, whether boys or girls. According to India’s national nutrition guidelines (ICMR-NIN), boys and girls need almost the same nutrients during their younger years.

Bigger differences in their needs only start to show as they get closer to puberty, when the body grows faster, muscles develop, and hormones start changing.

For example: Boys may gradually require slightly higher calories and protein to support increasing muscle development and higher activity levels.

Girls, on the other hand, need more more iron as their bodies prepare for adolescence and future menstruation which is why their iron needs become higher than boys in early teen years.

That said, during most of childhood, their core needs for good protein, iron, calcium, healthy fats and vitamins remain more alike than different.

Can I give Tiggle Junior to younger kids (below 5 years)?

Yes, you can start giving Tiggle Junior to kids aged 2 and above.
However, between 2-5 years, their nutritional requirements are lower, so we recommend giving half a scoop per serving instead of a full scoop. You can gradually increase it as they grow!

Is it safe for daily consumption?

Absolutely! Tiggle Junior is made for daily use. It contains no harmful additives, preservatives, synthetic ingredients or refined sugar. Only clean and balanced nutrition for growing kids.

Can I replace my child’s meal with Tiggle Junior?

No. Tiggle Junior is not a meal replacement. It’s a nutritious supplement that adds protein, iron and vitamins to milk and keeps kids fuller for longer. But children still need proper meals with fruits, veggies, grains and dals for complete nutrition.

Does it mix only in milk?

You can add it to milk, curd, smoothies, pancakes, overnight oats, or even milkshakes. It’s versatile and still tastes chocolatey and delicious.

Just add 1 scoop of Tiggle Junior (30gms) to 180-200 ml warm milk, stir until smooth and serve.
