India had great chai. Great coffee. Somehow, no great hot chocolate.

Let me share a story I've never properly told, until now.

India has always known how to do hot drinks. We just somehow skipped chocolate.

Think about it. We have a hundred versions of chai. Filter coffee has its own devoted religion in the south. Haldi doodh had a whole global moment. And yet, hot chocolate? It was either a sad powder from a tin that tasted like sweetened dust or an overpriced cafe thing you ordered once and forgot about.

Nobody had really tried to get it right. Not for this market. Not with ingredients worth caring about.

That's the gap Tiggle was born into! :')

The idea wasn't complicated: make a chocolate drink that actually tastes like chocolate. Real, proper, made-with-something chocolate, not the vague brown sweetness that's been passing for it. And then keep going ~ chai-spiced, coffee-infused, jaggery sweetened, hazelnut, sugar-free, because India's palate is nuanced, and it deserved options that reflected that.

Then came summer, and the question of what happens to hot chocolate loyalists in 42-degree heat, which is how the iced chocolate shakes happened, with real 55% dark chocolate flakes, because once you've decided to do it properly, you may as well keep going.

Then came the kids who needed something better than the usual suspects.
