A Tiggle customer was sitting right next to me ✈️

I was travelling from Agra to Hyderabad via Navi Mumbai on 23rd June. A few minutes into the flight, the passenger sitting next to me turned to me and asked, “Aap bhi Hyderabad jaa rahe ho?” I said yes. We made some small talk, and then he asked, “What do you do?“I told him I run a chocolate drinks brand called Tiggle.

He looked at me surprised, and said, “Aap Shark Tank mein aaye the na?” I smiled and said, “Yes.”

He said, “I’ve tried your product TWICE! In my first order, I got both the Hot Chocolate and Iced Chocolate, but my sister took the Iced Chocolate, so I never got to try it. The second time, I ended up ordering Hot Chocolate again. I love how thick it is.

Gaurang is an MBA student at NMIMS Hyderabad who dreams of building something one day. For the rest of the journey, he asked me all kinds of questions about Tiggle, entrepreneurship and building a brand.

When we landed, I pulled out a sachet of Tiggle Iced Chocolate from my bag and handed it to him. I asked him to share his feedback once he tries it.
